This vegan parmesan cheese is packed with healthy fats, protein, and B vitamins. Enjoy as a cheesy topping for pizza, pasta, veggies, salads, popcorn and more!
1 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until the mixture is nicely crumbled. If you don’t have a processor or blender, you can place all ingredients bowl and stir to combine.
2. Place vegan parmesan in a sealed container and store in the fridge.
