What I Eat ~ Micro-Rich Vegan ~ Intermittent Fasting
Here's what I eat on a typical day as a vegan who eats a whole foods, micronutrient-rich, plant-based diet!

1 cup of berries
2 tablespoon chia seeds (my go-to brand)
2 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup spinach
2 tablespoons "Vegan Pure" protein powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (raw and unsalted)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon dulse flakes
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt if desired
